Historic Milan Barbershop Adopts Italian High-Fashion Uniforms
Antica Barbieria Colla has partnered with the brand PT Torino to dress its team, blending barbering tradition and premium tailoring in Milan.
In Milan, Italy, the traditional barbershop Antica Barbieria Colla 1904 established a strategic alliance with the high-fashion label PT Torino. The main agreement stipulates that the brand will design the complete uniforms for the shop's barber team, elevating the visual and professional standard of the space.
The collaboration covers essential pieces for the professionals' daily routine, including trousers, shirts, and smocks. This choice reflects a meeting between two realities that share a commitment to attention to detail and Italian craftsmanship as distinctive traits of their respective operations.
Beyond clothing, the synergy extends to PT Torino's new monobrand boutique, located on Corso Magenta in the historic heart of the city. The space, which spans 130 square meters and is conceived as a contemporary salon, features an exclusive olfactory identity created by the barbershop.
The Colonie 1904 fragrance line, developed by Antica Barbieria Colla, was selected to perfume the store environment. This initiative aims to convey not just an aroma, but also an idea of elegance and personal care that has characterized the brand since its founding.
The relationship between the two companies gained visibility during Milan Fashion Week, when PT Torino inaugurated its new point of sale. To mark the event, barbers from Antica Barbieria Colla offered services to guests, providing an immersive experience that simulated the atmosphere of a classic barbershop.
Francesca Bompieri, owner of the historic establishment, highlighted the importance of this union. According to her, it is significant when different stories recognize the value of things made with care and their own identity, creating an environment where fashion, design, and hospitality coexist naturally.
