Located in the Galerias Alto da Barra in Oeiras, Portugal, The Alves Barbearia has become a landmark for local residents. The space, situated in store 120 of the shopping center, stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and constant foot traffic, demonstrating the relevance of this business model for professionals in the field seeking stability in local markets.

The owner, Anderson Alves, is a 29-year-old Brazilian who did not initially have a barbershop as his plan. Born in Ceará and raised in São Paulo, he moved to Portugal in 2019 in search of new opportunities. The decision to pursue the profession came from a suggestion by his then-girlfriend, now wife, an idea that Anderson immediately adopted and fell in love with over the past nine years.

The opportunity to start his own business materialized in 2023. Anderson describes the beginning of the project as a mix of enthusiasm and uncertainty, but the initial experience was positive. Since then, the barbershop's popularity has grown consistently, transforming the space into a central place for the couple's life.

Currently, the team consists of three professionals: Anderson, Lucas, and Matheus. They offer haircuts, beard trims, and eyebrow services, with prices starting at 18 euros. Although it is possible to serve clients without an appointment when there is availability, it is recommended to book a slot through the company's social media during peak hours.

Daily traffic hovers around 30 clients, a number that can increase in certain periods. There is a strong presence of young customers who frequently bring their parents to the establishment. This dynamic creates a family environment where many clients have maintained a relationship with the team for several years, becoming beloved figures in the barbershop's daily routine.

For the future, Anderson seeks to expand the project without losing its initial values. The goal is to keep The Alves Barbearia as a space of trust and quality, preserving the pillars of work, dedication, gratitude, and faith that have marked his journey since the beginning.
